Andhra Tomato Pappu

Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1/2 cup Dal
3/4 cup water
Green chilly 4
Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
1/2 lemon size Tamarind
Jeera
Garlic about 15-20 cloves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Corriander

For Seasoning:
Oil
Mustard
Jeera
Garlic
Curry leaves
Red Chilli 2
Ingu

Procedure:
Soak Dal in water for about 1/2- 1 hour
Drain the water and add this in cooker followed by water measurement specified in ingredients list, add tomatoes, onion,Turmeric powder, green chillies, red chilli powder and pressure cook for about 4 whistles. After cooling add tamarind pulp, mashed garlic n jeera, salt , 1/4 glass water and later add seasoning as per same sequence in ingredients list, garnish with coriander leaves. Tomato Pappu is ready
