Spicy Pudina Chutney
Origin: Maharashtra/Karnataka
StoryLine: Both my Granny and my mom prepare this chutney with little variation, Granny use to add Jaggery and my mom prepares it without Jaggery….
2 cups of Pudina
5 to 7 Green chillies
2 spoons ground nuts
Salt as per the requirement
1 spoon oil
1 spoon Jeera
Preparation: Add oil to pan, let it heat, add Jeera, Green chillies, ground nuts, Tamarind, Pudina and close the lid, steam it for 5 minutes. Grind it… Ready!!!
